Hi, my name is Marian Blake, and I have found a different coloring book niche that isn't saturated and is easy to create products for. You don't have to be an artist to create them, in fact you can use photographs or other images you can download from the internet for free.
I can convert the images in one of my favorite software programs that most of you have on your computer, and you probably use it to create other products every week. I can then make the cover, create different versions (for right-handed or left-handed people) in the same software. The software is PowerPoint.
So What's The Niche?
The niche is gray scale coloring books. Gray scale images are images where the color is removed and replaced with a shade of gray. The colorist then uses the shades of gray as a reference to put different shades of a color in the page. The final image is not just one flat color for one area, but a mixture of shades to denote shadows and highlights within that area.
