Would you like to create a new type of coloring image?

Would you like to be at the start of a new coloring image niche?

Would you like to create them with PowerPoint on your laptop or desktop?

Would you like to create them on your tablet, sitting with your family,  watching the television?

If the answer is yes to one, two or more of these questions, I have the answer and I promise you, it is not as hard as you think.

A quick word about the coloring book market. It has been around for many years and it keeps reinventing itself as new types of coloring images are created. From floral to mandalas, swearwords to bible quotes, skulls and images for children, they have all come onto the coloring book market over the last fifteen years or so.

Whilst coloring books are not as popular as they were, the top selling coloring book on Amazon.com sells 401 copies per day or just over 6000 per month. They are selling it cheap at $4.99, and only make $0.84 per sale, but that is over $300 per day or over $5000 a month, and that is from ONE book!

Hi, my name is Marian Blake. I love hunting down either new niches to create products for OR ways to make your products for free or minimum investment, and as quickly as possible.

On one of my searches, I came across a new type of art therapy that gets you to create a different type of image. As I looked at the images, I realised that the basic designs, before coloring them in, were just lines and shapes. Okay, they are not straight lines, and most of the shapes weren't regular, but they were lines and shapes.

I got thinking!

What program do I use A LOT and am happy playing on that can create lines and shapes and then allow you to manipulate them? As normal, the answer is PowerPoint. I can hear you thinking that PowerPoint is NOT an image manipulation program.

My reply to you is that it is. It's a basic manipulation program and, with a little play and possibly sneakiness, you can achieve the unique images which are as good as those you can get with a dedicated image manipulation program.

Here's a video of some of the steps to make a design........

So What Type of Image Will You Create with PowerPoint?

The type of image is Neurographics or Neurographic Art. The technique was probably started by a Russian psychologist called Pavel Piskarev in 2014 so it has been around for less than 10 years.  He created a method called Neurographica, and this has morphed into the Neurographic Art Therapy used today.

What is Neurographic Art?

It's an art therapy that makes it easy to work with the subconscious mind through drawing. This is supposed to encourage new neural pathways which change how you process information, so that you can interact, experience emotions and sensations, create memories, and enable learning.

I am not recommending you set yourself up as an art therapist, but I am recommending you create images for people to color in the same way that Zentangles (Trademark) are.

Then I thought some more!

I don't know about you, but I sit for hours in the evening watching mindless TV with my husband or read whilst pretending to watch! Could I use my iPad to create the images? I hunted through the art apps that I had added and never used and found one called Procreate. (This app is only available for IOS products, not Android.) I then had hours of happy and sometimes frustrated play till I found a way that works and it is simple to do.

I am so happy to announce my new course

Your Questions Answered

Q. Won't it be expensive?
A. PowerPoint is not expensive in most countries and many of us already use it. If you have an iPad, you can download Procreate for under $10. I used a 3-year-old iPad Mini 4 and a pen that cost less than $30.

Q. Is it hard to do?
A. The simple answer is NO. If you can follow instructions, you can do this.

Q. I Don’t Know Where to Start?
A. A lot of this course is an “Over the Shoulder” follow-a-long series of videos, so if you follow them you will create designs to sell.

Q: Do I Give Refunds?
A: Sorry, there are no refunds.

Q: Is there an upsell?
A: No. It’s all included.

Q: Can I contact you if I have a problem?
A: Yes. Please email marian@marians.design with your questions.

Q: How do I get my course after I have purchased?
A: After purchase you will find your training course under the menu option "My Courses".
