The first is about using Slide Master. You can load your backgrounds on a slide in slide master and then you can choose it when you create a new slide or add it to a character image. If you don’t like that background, you can quickly change it for an alternative using the layout option under slides.
The second video shows you how to add several images without using a plugin. This is not as quick as using a plugin but does work well.
